Faculty and Staff
Our faculty exhibits the same kind of diversity in background and experience which we value so highly in our families. They have all been identified, early and often, as uniquely gifted teachers, and many have been with us for years. Our administrative staff is similarly talented and diverse. They share with the teachers a deep commitment to serving our students and families to the very best of their abilities, and they work very hard to support the wonderful program our teachers deliver. As a group, this staff strives in every way to "follow the child," to recognize and deeply honor each students' individuality and path. This is the very heart of the unique achievement of Montessori education, and we are proud of our success in this, our "big work."
