Extended Day and Camps
Berkeley Montessori School supports families. We offer before-school care beginning at 7:30 a.m. every day at the Elementary/Middle School, and 8:00 a.m. at the Early Childhood Center. After-school care is available until 6:00 p.m., which includes the option of enrichment classes such as drama, sports skill-building, clay, carpentry, and Spanish. We also offer special camps at all levels during school vacations, including the summer. The BMS Extended Day program and vacation camps are themselves carefully designed to be in line with our school's mission and values, offering authentic choice within structure, hands-on learning, care for others, and FUN!
Summer Camp 2009: Please click here for the flyer with full details of our Summer Camp at the Early Childhood Center. We offer two, four-week sessions with a choice of hours. After May 1, we're offering to the greater community any spaces not reserved by our current and entering families! And we're proud to announce that this summer will be the first year that Steve and Kate's Camp opens an East Bay branch of their famous camp, on our Elementary/Middle School campus. This terrific camp is for entering K-7th grade students.
